Daytime Wellness Through Nighttime Routines

A day full of wellness begins with a good night’s sleep. And a good night’s sleep begins in the evening as you begin to wind down for the day. We’ve compiled a list of bedtime routines practices by Tim Ferris, one of today’s leaders in personal and self optimization.

We sense a theme of disconnection. We are not 100% sure what the effects of constant connectivity via electronics does to our system but one thing we know for sure is that we are overloading our body’s nervous system. The accumulation of day after day overload begins to take its toll. These habits seem to promote intentional disconnection for self-reflection and care.
